About Fred Thompson:
Fred A Thompson was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Berwyn Heights, Maryland. He has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, Masters Degree from The American University in Washington, D.C., and a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
He served honorably with the United States Army in Vietnam and is a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. With more than 20 years of law enforcement experience in local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, he has many contacts and is very knowledgeable of their procedures.
After 15 years of practicing law in Maryland and the District of Columbia (federal and local courts), his experience and contacts have enabled him to obtain good results for most clients. He finds it challenging to fight for the "underdog" in all courts in Maryland and Washington, D.C. His close association with licensed Private Investigative Firms allows him to find the facts to help his clients win, since good facts win most trials.
