  Wouldn’t it be great if you could just walk in sit down and talk to the prosecution about your Missouri DWI case? Explaining to them that you had a few drinks but that you really weren’t driving while drunk, like the arresting officer said.  And you certainly didn’t violate Missouri DWI law.   Plus, you promise you won’t do it again.
