Jeff Simkovic

Jeffrey A. Simkovic is the founder of Billings Legal, and has been practicing law in Montana since 1998. Previously he practiced in New York City, where he grew up, after obtaining his JD from Touro Law Center in 1996. Besides his law degree, Mr. Simkovic also possesses a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Public Health, and worked in the health industry prior to becoming a lawyer. In his free time Jeff enjoys driving his Honda S2000 roadster to explore Montana's many fine driving roads to visit his children and grandchildren in Texas and the east coast. He also enjoys spending time at home with his wife of 37 years, Roxanne.





Daniel Gillispie

Daniel G. Gillispie has been an associate attorney at Billings Legal since October 2007. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, where he served as a production editor for the Review of Law and Women's Studies (now the Review of Law and Social Justice). Before attending USC, Mr. Gillispie attended North Dakota State University, where he was named the 2003 Curtis Amundson Outstanding Political Science student and inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi national honor society on the way to earning his BS in Political Science less than three years after graduating from Fargo North High School in 2000. Besides the practice of law, Daniel is an accomplished musician and plays guitar and piano in several local bands. Like Jeff, he is a car enthusiast, and can be seen in and around Billings behind the wheel of his Mazdaspeed Protege, putting Honda Civics to shame.
