Craig Hopkins
Craig was born on the east coast. At the age of 11, he moved with his family to Southern California where he lived until very recently. In 1982, he graduated from Chaminade College Preparatory and in 1986 from Loyola Marymount University, with a degree in psychology. After college, Craig worked for nearly 20 years for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, first in sales and then in legal compliance. In 1998 Craig attended Southwestern University School of Law at night while maintaining his full time job during the day. Upon graduation, Craig was the recipient of several academic awards including being named to the Dean's List and earning the CALI "Excellence for the Future" Awards in both Criminal Law and Evidence.
Following law school, Craig fulfilled a lifelong dream and moved to the glorious state of Oregon. Upon his arrival, he was privileged to work for the State of Oregon, Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in Salem. In 2005, Craig moved to Portland to fulfill another dream by opening his own law practice.
Craig is developing a reputation in the community for being straightforward, reasonable and effective.
