Although Kennedy did object to the admission of the test result because it had not been certified, his objection was not based on any alleged defect in the foundation that Beaulieu's testimony provided for its admission. If Kennedy had objected because of a lack of foundation, the State would have had the opportunity to address any defect as to foundation.
