Guido v. State2/18/2000 and Doe has already been distinguished from the facts of the case presently before us. The applicant has offered us no compelling reason to revisit either of our opinions in Guido or in Doe. Accordingly, the applicant's appeal is denied and the denial of his application for post-conviction relief is affirmed. The papers of the case shall be remanded to the Superior Court.
Justice Goldberg did not participate.
