. We conclude that the question of whether Krueger was able to comply with the request to provide a chemical test sample is a credibility determination. Accordingly, we are satisfied that the trial court's findings that Krueger did not meet his burden of showing by a preponderance of the evidence that he was physically unable to submit to a chemical test of his breath are not erroneous.
