Patel v. State9/28/1999 f Patel's car speeding and weaving, his pacing of Patel's car, and Patel's failure to pull over are "sufficiently distinguishable" from the use of the radar such that Officer Green had probable cause to stop Patel. It follows that the evidence of DUI discovered in the lawful stop was admissible. The evidence was sufficient to authorize the conviction, and the trial court properly denied Patel's motion. See Jackson, supra.
Judgment affirmed. Eldridge and Barnes, JJ., concur.
