a formal accusation setting forth the same charges. It follows that the Court of Appeals was correct in holding that Clark's demand for a speedy trial was not timely filed. Although Clark's demand was filed in the next term following the filing of the formal accusation, it was not filed in the next term following the filing of the uniform traffic citation.
Judgment affirmed. All the Justices concur.
