State v. Utley9/3/1999 's finding that confinement was necessary because "measures less restrictive than confinement have frequently . . . been applied unsuccessfully to the defendant." Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-35-103(1)(C) (1997).
Accordingly, the evidence supports sentences of total confinement. The judgment is affirmed.
