V. CONCLUSION
We find that the district court erred in substituting its own judgment for that of the county court when reviewing the county court's sentence of Tesch. The sentence imposed by the county court was well within statutory limits and was not an abuse of discretion. Accordingly, although Tesch's sentence remains modified, the State's exception is sustained.
Exception sustained.
