Spoo v. T.L. Wallace Construction Co.10/28/2003 d conceivably recover against Wallace would be to show that Dale Spoo drove with the requisite degree of care demanded by the circumstances. Tabatha has made no showing at all of this. Under these facts, summary judgment was properly granted.
