Park v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review12/4/2002
in Elizabethtown. To the contrary, the evidence of record indicates the job center properly forwarded its notice of determination to Claimant's last known address, i.e., the Elizabethtown address. Based upon the facts of this case, we cannot say that the referee or the Board erred in refusing to allow Claimant's appeal to proceed nunc pro tunc. Nor can we say that the Board erred as a matter of law in affirming the decision of the referee.
Accordingly, the order of the Board is affirmed.
ORDER
AND NOW, this 4th day of December, 2002, the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review is hereby affirmed.
