Buchmeier v. Buchmeier4/2/2002 stody was in the children's best interests. We find no abuse of discretion by the trial court in finding that joint custody was in the best interests of these children.
CONCLUSION
The district court had the authority to place the care and control of the minor children in the joint legal and physical custody of both parents. We find no abuse of discretion in the district court's specific finding that joint custody was in the best interests of the children. We therefore affirm the decision of the trial court.
Affirmed.
