The three residue-coated plastic bags provided the officers probable cause to arrest Zeeman. Both testified about their significant experience in narcotics investigations and their familiarity with residue in small zip-lock bags. Zeeman's arrest was lawful. Massey, therefore, was authorized to search Zeeman's car following the arrest.
Judgment affirmed.
