We will continue to analyze multiple prosecutions under the Texas Constitution's jeopardy clause by the Blockburger same-elements test until a higher court instructs us differently. See Parrish v. State, 889 S.W.2d 658, 661 (Tex. App.--Houston [14th Dist.] 1994, pet. ref'd) (op. on remand). Here, because each offense requires proof of an element that the other does not, we overrule appellant's second point of error.
We affirm the trial court's order.
