State v. Sybers2/27/2003 t he did push Sybers in the direction of entering a plea because of the value he placed on his own judgment. Trial counsel acted reasonably in attempting to persuade Sybers that his evaluation of the chances of success on the refusal hearing, on the OWI, and the reasons for considering them together were sound, and there is nothing in the record to indicate that he acted inappropriately or unreasonably in doing that.
By the Court. -- Judgment and order affirmed.
