People v. Hart9/16/1980
appears that the court was aware of the sentencing alternatives available since they were set forth in the presentence report. Further, and although not specifically stated in the record, it appears the court complied with section 5-6-1(a) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 38, par. 1005-6-1(a)) in considering whether or not to place the defendant on probation, and no abuse of discretion is evident.
The judgment of the circuit court of Boone County is affirmed.
Judgment affirmed.
