State v. Cullinane9/19/2003 suggests. In fact, the court specifically advised appellant that it was not punishing her for drinking or being an alcoholic but for " he decision to get behind the wheel of a car." Based on the record before us, we cannot say the court acted arbitrarily, capriciously, or without due regard to the relevant evidence before it by imposing concurrent, presumptive prison terms.
We have reviewed the record for fundamental error. Having found none, we affirm the convictions and the sentences imposed.
