unsel is without merit in this appeal.
V. CONCLUSION
The trial court properly advised Feldhacker of his constitutional rights. The court did not err when it denied Feldhacker's request to withdraw his guilty plea without first inquiring about Feldhacker's drug or alcohol use when the guilty plea was being entered. Finally, the record in this case is wholly inadequate for us to determine whether Feldhacker in fact received ineffective assistance of counsel. Therefore, we affirm the order of the trial court.
Affirmed.
