State v. Bissegger7/17/2003
in the car after she was ordered to exit the car. Because Officer Wolken's search of the vehicle and Bissegger's personal property left therein exceeded the scope of the detention, the search was illegal. Therefore, the district court erred in failing to grant Bissegger's motion to suppress. We therefore reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
