CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, we reverse the findings of the district court and reinstate the DMV's revocation of Hayes' driver's license. However, we remand this action to the district court for an assessment of Hayes' allegation that his revocation should have been for 90 days instead of 1 year.
Reversed and remanded.
