Thornburn v. Commonwealth12/5/2003 75 Pa. C.S. §1581 Article VII, that provides,
(a) The head of the licensing authority of each party state shall be the administrator of this compact for his state. The administrators, acting jointly, shall have the power to formulate all necessary and proper procedures for the exchange of information under this compact.
(b) The administrator of each party state shall furnish to the administrator of each other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of this compact.
We are unwilling to extend our holding in Ferraguti, and we conclude that "information à reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of this compact[ ]" must include a clear indication on the face of each violation reported to the Department of the identity of the state of origin and the identity of the issuing authority in that state. Boots; Tripson.
Accordingly, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County in this matter is reversed.
ORDER
AND NOW, this 5th day of December 2003, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County in the above-captioned matter is REVERSED.
