In admitting the challenged evidence, the district court reasoned:
Although Sergeant Boeschen acknowledged inconsistencies between the methods he used in administering sobriety tests and the methods specified in the training manual, those inconsistencies affect the weight to be accorded the results of the sobriety tests rather than their admissibility.
We find no abuse of discretion in the court's ruling on this issue.
AFFIRMED.
