Because the record does not support the trial court's decision to permit the Licensee to file the appeal nunc pro tunc, the trial court lacked jurisdiction to hear the appeal. Accordingly, the order of the trial court is vacated, and the suspension of her operating privilege imposed by the Department is reinstated.
