e, articulable suspicion to justify an investigative traffic stop, and was not required to question the dispatcher about the source of the information or to wait until he actually observed Gomez committing a crime. Brown v. State, 253 Ga.App. at 742-743(1), 560 S.E.2d 316 Hudson v. State, 253 Ga.App. 210, 211-212, 558 S.E.2d 420 (2002). Accordingly, the trial court erred in granting Gomez's motion to suppress.
Judgment reversed.
