Sharber v. State6/24/2004 ot harmless. The state's evidence against Sharber was entirely circumstantial. The only evidence directly identifying him as conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine was Freeman's improperly admitted statement. Under these circumstances, we conclude that there exists a high probability that the statement influenced the jury's verdict, and we therefore reverse the judgment of conviction against Sharber and remand the case for a new trial.
Judgment reversed.
