Cook v. State2/10/2004 nsible for the roadblock did not testify, and the State provided*493 nothing other than the hearsay evidence of the arresting officer to show that the supervisor properly established the roadblock in this case for a legitimate purpose. Under these facts, Cook's motion to suppress should have been granted. [FN6] Accordingly, we reverse.
