Baird v. State6/28/2002 nt were properly admitted. That evidence, combined with the other testimony presented by the State, was legally sufficient to submit the case to the jury. Baird is not entitled to any relief because this claim is without merit.
For the above-stated reasons, the judgment of the trial court is due to be affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
