People v. Baker4/29/2002 ge to jail property; driving under the influence; battery of a police officer; weapons possession by ex-felon; petty theft with a prior; battery; and second degree burglary. Appellant also sustained probation and parole violations.
The trial court relied upon appellant's long and continuous history of criminal conduct in denying the request to strike. This reliance is well supported by the record and is an appropriate basis for denying relief. (See People v. Strong, supra, 87 Cal.App.4th 328; People v. Gaston, supra, 74 Cal.App.4th 310.) There was no abuse of discretion.
Judgment affirmed.
