People v. Rizo4/24/2002 R>
V. CUMULATIVE ERROR
Defendants assert that, even if no one error was individually prejudicial, the cumulative effect of the errors they allege denied them due process and a fair trial and caused a miscarriage of justice. We have concluded that any errors that may have occurred, whether considered individually or cumulatively, did not render the trial fundamentally unfair.
DISPOSITION
The judgments are affirmed.
NOT TO BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL REPORTS
We concur:
HOLLENHORST, Acting P.J.
WARD, J.
