t of the circuit court of Lake County is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Double jeopardy is not implicated because there is sufficient evidence to prove defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. See People v. Taylor, 76 Ill. 2d 289, 309-10 (1979). In light of the remand for retrial, an analysis of the remaining arguments raised by defendant on appeal is unnecessary.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
