See R.C. 4511.19(G)(1)(d)(i). Therefore, in view of case law from this appellate district, we find defendant's argument unpersuasive.
{ } Based on the foregoing, we overrule defendant's single assignment of error and accordingly affirm the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
