t appellant was intoxicated. The evidence does not weigh heavily against appellant's OMVI conviction. Thus, we refuse to find the miscarriage of justice required in order to reverse on manifest weight of the evidence grounds. Accordingly, this assignment of error is overruled.
{ } For the foregoing reasons, the judgment of the trial court is hereby affirmed.
