In re Aiken11/15/2005 complied with the R.C. 2151.414 guidelines. The testimony at the permanent custody hearing supports the trial court's determination that it is in the best interest of the minor child to be permanently placed in the custody of appellee. As such, the trial court's decision is supported by clear and convincing evidence.

DIANE V. GRENDELL, J., CYNTHIA WESTCOTT RICE, J., concur.
