Pryts v. Commonwealth10/28/2005 BR>
Pryts stipulated that he was warned by the arresting officer that his operating privilege would be suspended if he refused to submit to a chemical test. Pryts also stipulated that he refused chemical testing.
Accordingly, the trial court's order is affirmed.

AND NOW, this 28th day of October, 2005, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County in the above captioned matter is affirmed.
