Ramirez v. Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole11/17/2005 ue Petitioner wishes to raise and Counsel's analysis in concluding that Petitioner's appeal is frivolous, we hold that it satisfies the requirements of Turner and we grant Counsel's petition to withdraw. Finally, because we conclude that no basis for relief exists, we also affirm the Board's denial of administrative relief.
ORDER
AND NOW, this 17th day of November, 2005, the petition filed by Joseph J. Hylan, Esquire, for leave to withdraw as counsel for Jose Ramirez (Petitioner) is granted. The order of the Board mailed March 10, 2005, denying Petitioner's request for administrative relief, is affirmed.
