ms of ineffectiveness of counsel on direct appeal, provided that the allegation is raised before the trial court and all the facts and circumstances surrounding the claim have been fully developed, we do so in the interest of judicial economy. If a defendant's claims cannot be fully developed in accord with the procedure for a motion for new trial, then that defendant may be limited to whatever relief might be provided pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 37.1.
