as required to grant Wiedrich far exceeded the $1,000.00 fine. As a result, the $1,000.00 fine is vacated.
CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the District Court's imposition of conditions contained in the preliminary sentencing investigation. We vacate the court's imposition of the $1,000.00 fine.
