State v. Hilton5/3/2005 ew trial on the grounds that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. In his brief, however, defendant appears primarily to argue that the denial of the motion suggested a predisposition on the part of the trial court to favor the prosecution and represented a denial of a fair and unbiased trial. We hold that the record contains ample evidence to support the verdict and that the trial court exhibited no apparent bias.
No error.
