's behavior may have been discourteous and, perhaps, bordered on impropriety. Given the opportunity, he might have discussed the merits of the probation revocation proceeding. It appears, however, that the trial judge's unilateral termination of the communication pre-empted that possibility. Because the nature of the communication is not in the record, the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction.
Accordingly, the judgment is reversed and the cause dismissed.
