State9/25/2001 Juvenile Court would be powerless later to hold any hearing terminating Mother's parental rights. Such is not the law. Accordingly, due to the facts and circumstances presented by the record on appeal, we find no reversible error in the Juvenile Court's holding of three hearings, all prior to the termination hearing, without the presence of Mother and/or her attorney.
Conclusion
The judgment of the Juvenile Court is affirmed, and this cause is remanded to the Juvenile Court for such further proceedings as may be required, if any, consistent with this Opinion, and for collection of the costs below. The costs on appeal are assessed against the Appellants, D.R., and L.M.R, and their sureties.
