Berry v. State3/30/2001
is the evil at which Terry's prohibition is aimed. Questions which do not extend the duration of the initial seizure do not exceed the scope of an otherwise constitutional stop.
In this case, Berry's motion to suppress was properly denied, and the judgment of the court below should be affirmed.
