Fredrichs v. State6/28/2000
chs. The record shows that the state did not act in bad faith, and that it inadvertently recorded over the first five minutes of the tape. Additionally, both the importance of any evidence that might have been lost and the likelihood that Fredrichs suffered any prejudice was low. Accordingly, we find no error.
Conclusion
The judgment of the district court is AFFIRMED.
