inding that Castleberry was severely intoxicated - so intoxicated that it was clear Castleberry would not regain sobriety for many hours, and that therefore he would have to spend the night among the general jail population. Given these circumstances, even if the jail officials acted illegally when they searched Castleberry immediately upon his arrival at the jail, this illegality did not prejudice Castleberry, for he inevitably would have been searched some two hours later.
