LY UNFAIR TRIAL.
In view of our disposition of Hawn's previous assignments of error, we conclude that these assignments of error are rendered moot. Accordingly, pursuant to App.R. 12(A)(1)(c) we decline to determine them.
Having sustained Hawn's first, second, third, fourth and sixth assignments of error, the judgment of the trial court will be reversed and this case remanded for a new trial consistent with this opinion.
