Torgramsen v. State6/9/1999 amsen had thirteen prior convictions, four for domestic violence, in the following five years. The continuing series of criminal convictions and his failures on probation support Judge Finn's finding that Torgramsen continues to be a danger to re-offend. We conclude that her findings support the implicit Conclusion that the composite sentence imposed was necessary to protect the public.
From our review of the record, we conclude that the composite sentence was not clearly mistaken. We AFFIRM the sentences.
