Wood v. State4/21/1999 rtion that his proposed instruction was a "traditional instruction which has been in use as long as counsel can remember." The phrase "under the influence of intoxicating liquor" used in AS 28.35.030(a)(1) is not defined by any statute or case. The definition in Judge Kauvar's instruction was in essence identical to the instruction Wood proposed. We conclude that Wood has not established that Judge Kauvar erred in giving the instruction.
We AFFIRM the conviction.
