Koym's sentence is VACATED and his case is REMANDED to the superior court for re-sentencing in light of this opinion.
We retain jurisdiction of this case. Within 90 days of the issuance of this opinion, the superior court shall re-sentence Koym and forward a copy of its sentencing remarks and the new judgment to this court. We will then renew our consideration of this appeal.
