conclude that this determination was erroneous. Therefore, to reflect the intentions of both the trial Judge and our state legislature, we modify the sentence to eleven months and twenty-nine days with all but six months suspended. The balance of the sentence will be served on probation. This case is remanded to the trial court solely for entry of a new sentencing order, consistent with this opinion.
